PRINTING CONTRACT OF PROCESSING SUPPLICE MATERIALS

印刷公司（甲方）

Printing Company (Party A)

出版公司（乙方）

Publishing Company (Party B)

甲乙双方就甲方为乙方印制杂志事宜协商并达成如下协议：

The parties hereto have discussed the matter of printing a magazine by Party A for Party B and concluded the contract the terms of which are as follows:

合作方式 Trade Form

双方同意通过来料加工方式合作。乙方向甲方提供图版底片（原大，挂网分色正片）；甲方按照乙方要求制版、印刷、装订，乙方支付印制费用。

Both sides have agreed to conduct business by the means of processing supplied material. Party B provided Party A with paper and films of artwork (original size, with screens and color separation, positive) while Party A does typesetting, printing and binding according to the requirements of Party B, and charge a fee to B for the work.

纸张 PAPER

乙方委托甲方进口必须的杂志印刷用纸，支付纸张价款的4.5%作为佣金。

Party B entrusts Party A with importing paper necessary for printing the magazine and pays a commission of 4.5% of the paper cost.

纸张规格 size of paper

印制7期杂志 printing 7 issues of magazine

正文纸80克双面铜版纸，每期110令（合3.8吨）

Text paper: 80g. double coated 1 issue needs 110 reams of paper(it equals 3.8 tons) for. 7 issues

封面纸：150克，铜版纸，每期7令（0.5吨），7期共3.5吨。

Cover paper:150g. double coated. 7 令（0.5 tons）for one issue. 3.5 tons for seven issues.

读者服务卡：80克—100克，胶版纸，每期3.5令，7期共1.4吨。纸张由乙方提供。
